Pillars of Empiricism

Lean thinking reduces waste and focuses on the essentials." — Scrum Guide 2020 Simply put, empiricism is the idea that all learning comes from only experience and observations. It stands on three pillars: Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation. Each even in Scrum is designed to support these pillars.
