✅ Encouraged behaviors #

  • Collaborating with other team members.
  • Following the rules of Scrum.
  • Making an effort to keep the product at the highest quality.
  • Following the Definition of Done for every work item no matter what.

❌ Discouraged behavior #

  • Doing mediocre work and ignoring responsibilities.
  • Keeping the status quo, never changing.
  • Cherry-picking Scrum rules.
  • Bypassing the Definition of Done when under pressure.
