Scrum Values

💡 Scrum only works when the teams are following the Scrum values that define appropriate behaviors within a team. While Scrum is often seen through the lens of the Sprint process and rules, the underlying values define whether the process will bring benefits or positive results intended by Scrum. Each Scrum Value can be represented by various behaviors that we want to encourage or discourage in a team. This results in a clear definition of what professional behavior looks like when working in a Scrum team.
