I will train, coach and mentor your development and leadership teams to make them self-sustainable in 3 to 6 months.

1st week

The biggest amount of support is needed at the first stages that’s why I will spend the neccessary time to analyze your current processes.

What’s included:

  • 3-5 business days spent in-house;
  • Agile assessment around processes, team dynamics and other aspects of agility;
  • Visualized assessment results and training proposal.

1st month

To achieve the best results, in the first month we will define clear goals for the coaching engagement as well as start on the necessary training.

  • Up to 3 business days spent in-house;
  • Special discounted price for Scrum.org certification courses such as PSF, PSM and PSM II;
  • In-house training sessions around agile practices and culture that might include (and not limited to):

Next 5 months

As we start working on

What’s included:

  • Up to 2 business days in-house or online supporting your teams;
  • Monthly review of progress towards our Agile transformation goals and an ability to adjust our implementation before end-term;
  • Processes and practices setup to help kick-start the transformation and to create a baseline for future improvements;
  • Scrum Master mentoring and hiring to find the right candidates to continue supporting agility in your organization;
  • Leadership 1-on-1 and group coaching to help leaders to empower and enable the agile transformation in the long-run;
  • Setting up and facilitating agile initiatives, such as Communities of Practices, Development Circles, Scrums of Scrums and more;
  • Organizational structure design including defining the roles and responsibilities required to succeed.

Last week

At the end of the engagement we will re-assess the agile maturity of your teams and we’ll review the changes that have been made.

I will provide you with recommendations on how to keep the momentum and continuously improve.

If at that point your organization decides that it needs more help, we will be able to create a plan and start a new custom coaching engagement. A simple subscription is usually sufficient to keep your agile implementation successful.

Payment Plan

Subscription service on a fixed term with no auto-renewal and no middle-man involved

An average length of the engagement is 6 months. During that time we will be able to make visible progress in your Agile transformation and not only get you started, but get your teams to be more self-sufficient.

While the first month is more heavy on the time I spend in your organization, my focus is on delivering valuable results. Therefore, you pay a fixed fee for the whole coaching engagement, instead of paying per hour. You can either pay monthly or pre-pay the whole package at once (with a discounted price).

You will be able to call for my help at any point up to a certain quota of hours per month (around 65 hours a month on average excluding additional Scrum training). It will give us focus to work on what’s really important for your organization. We can adjust the schedule if you prefer to have a longer coaching with less hours per month.

As part of the coaching engagement, you will be able to buy private Scrum.org classes at a discounted rate. Pay per training when required.

The best part, is that you will save on agency fees as you will be signing the contract with me directly. And you will only be paying for hours spent on delivering actual results in your Agile transformation.
