Key Agile Metrics to Measure the Success of Scrum

Almost a year ago I have posted a video about Agile metrics, and it is one of the most watched videos on my channel. However, looking back, I feel that I did not deliver good enough information there.

The more time I spend in my Scrum Master role, the more I learn. I learn every time I read the Scrum Guide, and even more so since I joined the path to become a Professional Scrum Trainer.

That’s why I would like to share a new video with you this time. Once again it is related to Agile metrics, or more specifically, metrics that can help you measure the success of Scrum.

This video was created as an assignment on my path to become a trainer, so I decided to leave it as is, without any editing, or any special introduction or ending.

Nonetheless, it brings a totally new perspective on the Agile metrics you should be using in your Scrum implementations. And, hey, it was recognized by Scrum.org (doesn’t that sound fancy)!

All in all, I am sure you will learn something new, so go ahead to watch the video.

Let me know what you think about this topic in the comments.

Is your company using any of these Agile metrics on a regular basis?
What other metrics can help you measure the success of Scrum?
How does your Product Owner track the value delivered?

There is much to cover in this topic and a short video will not be quite enough. But it’s a good conversation starter, isn’t it? So let’s start the conversation to keep learning together.
