RETURNS OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the fact that I have no way to taking back the files that I have sent you, digital products are non-refundable.

If you are unsure of the purchase of a specific higher-priced product, I’d be happy to give you a tour.

RETURNS OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

I am accepting returns under certain conditions.

Returns are available at your cost within a 30 day period for items in the original packaging and in non-used condition. The item has to be shipped back within 30 days of being received by you.

All returns must contain all 44 cards protected by a plastic strip, in the original plastic hinged case wrapped into an individual plastic bag. To make a return you must send the item back to me at my address in Canada. Upon receiving the item back, I am obliged to make a refund of the amount paid for the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
